The cooling effect can last for up to 2 or 6 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. To reactivate the cooling, simply re-wet the product and wave it again.

Yes, all of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water with like colors and tumbling dry on low.
