For Cooling Accessories, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If for some reason, you decide your order is not what you expected simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. To return, or exchange an item, please call Mission Customer Service at 1-866-944-6477 Monday through Friday from 9am - 9pm EST, and Saturday 10am - 4pm EST.
For purchases made at one of our retail partners, please return product directly to the retailer from which it was purchased with the original receipt. Purchases made through retailers are subject to their own return policies. Returns for mission.com should be made via UPS or via a shipment company that offers insurance and product tracking.
