Hot & Cold Gel Pack Instructions
Cold Therapy (Freezer)
Step 1: Store the gel pack in the freezer for at least two hours.
Step 2: Keep the gel pack in the freezer when not in use so it’s ready when you need it.
Step 3: After two hours, remove from the freezer and apply as needed.
Note: The gel pack will be very cold. Use caution when applying directly to skin.
Heat Therapy (Microwave)
Step 1: Microwave wattage may vary. Adjust heating time as needed.
Step 2: Lay the gel pack flat and evenly distribute the gel.
Step 3: Microwave at 800W for 40 seconds.
Step 4: Carefully check the temperature. If additional heat is needed, continue heating in 20-second intervals.
Step 5: For higher-wattage microwaves, reduce heating time accordingly.
Note: The gel pack will be hot. Use caution when handling and applying.
