ORDER PROCESSING

We want you to be cool as quickly as possible. Thus, orders are processed as quickly as possible within 2-3 business days of receipt.  Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Some items sold by Mission.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Mission.com, we comply with these regulations, therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped vis USPS on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Smart Post shipping only ships to the Continental United States.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MISSION, we stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a refund (minus P&H). All sale and discounted items are considered final sale.
