You have lost a customer

So I ordered this hoodie towel with some other items and while the other items arrived, the hoodie towel didn’t. After several back and forth emails, including one that said it had been delivered, I was finally given a refund. I think.
The best part is that I continue to receive constant communications from your company. Like a fool, I reordered the hoodie towel on March 12th. Today is March 23rd and it still hasn’t shipped. Why advertise items that you obviously don’t have in stock!?!?
I’m done doing business with your company, and in the future, when anyone asks me where I got my helmet liners, I will enthusiastically tell them not to waste their time or money with Mission. That’s my review. You have disappointed this former customer two times to many…:serious_face_with_symbols_covering_mouth:
